Music from CRPS

Here are some recommended listening selections that students will hear throughout their k-2 experience. Listening to music with your children is one of the best ways to encourage musicianship and a life long love of music. Share your favorites with the kids and enjoy. It's great to share what you know about music styles when your listening with your children.

Great kids songs are available online from various sources and through artist websites. Some music we will enjoy range from Disney classics, songs by Raffi, The Wiggles, Sesame Street, and Nickelodeon, and Laurie Birkner, Tom Chapin among many others. One of the groups we listen to often is a favorite of mine. The band, They Might Be Giants has some great stuff for kids and adults. Not all of there music is kid friendly so listen responsibly.
